Mishika Properties
End-to-end property platform: public marketplace, broker tools and a full admin back office, with payments, KYC and analytics built in.
There is a point where a spreadsheet stops being a system and starts being a liability — three people editing different copies, no audit trail, and one person who understands the formulas. A web application replaces that with roles, permissions and a single source of truth. We build the boring parts properly: who can see what, what happens when two people edit the same record, and what the reports have to prove at the end of the month.
Both halves in writing, because an unstated exclusion is where projects go wrong.
Anything here can still be quoted — it simply isn’t assumed in the base price.
None of these sound like you? Say so on a call — if it isn’t a fit we’ll tell you, and point you at whatever is.
Each stage ends in something you can open. Only the depth changes for web applications & portals.
Real projects, not mockups.

CareerMap SolutionsEmpowering careers, enabling businesses.
Our largest build to date — a multi-module career and recruitment platform connecting candidates, employers and training programmes in one place.
The ones that actually come up on first calls about this service.
Yes — that is usually the reason to build one. A typical build has three or more roles, for example admin, staff and customer, each seeing a different interface over the same data. Permissions are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface, which is the difference between real access control and something a curious user can walk straight around.
We migrate it, provided we can get a clean export — CSV, an existing database dump, or an API. Migration is scoped and quoted as its own phase because messy source data is usually the least predictable part of a project. If your data is in a format that cannot be exported reliably, we will say so before you commit rather than discover it mid-build.
You do, on accounts in your name — typically USD 12–50 a month for a small platform, depending on traffic and whether you need managed databases. You are billed by the provider directly, at their list price. We set it up, document it, and hand it over. We deliberately do not resell hosting at a markup, because that is how agencies make a client hard to leave.
We don’t just write code. We build your competitive advantage.
