CareerMap Solutions
Our largest build to date — a multi-module career and recruitment platform connecting candidates, employers and training programmes in one place.
Off-the-shelf software is cheaper right up until the point where your team is maintaining three spreadsheets to work around what it will not do. Custom software is worth building when the workaround costs more than the tool — in hours, in errors, or in the one person who knows how it all fits together. We start with a discovery workshop that maps what actually happens, not what the process document claims, because those are rarely the same thing.
Both halves in writing, because an unstated exclusion is where projects go wrong.
Anything here can still be quoted — it simply isn’t assumed in the base price.
None of these sound like you? Say so on a call — if it isn’t a fit we’ll tell you, and point you at whatever is.
Each stage ends in something you can open. Only the depth changes for custom software.
Real projects, not mockups.

Mishika PropertiesA full real-estate marketplace, not a listings page.
End-to-end property platform: public marketplace, broker tools and a full admin back office, with payments, KYC and analytics built in.
The ones that actually come up on first calls about this service.
Add up what the workaround costs you — hours per week, error rates, and what happens when the person who understands it leaves — and compare that with a build plus a few years of maintenance. If an off-the-shelf tool covers eighty per cent of your process and the rest is genuinely negotiable, buy the tool. We would rather tell you that at the discovery call than sell you a build you did not need.
Because the honest range spans an order of magnitude. A single-workflow automation and a system that runs an entire operation are both "custom software", and one headline figure covering both would be meaningless to you and unfair to us. Discovery is a short first step — paid or unpaid depending on complexity — and it produces a written scope with a fixed price before any build work starts. You will know the number before you commit to anything beyond a conversation.
It will — that is normal, and it is why we build with change in mind rather than hard-coding today’s rules everywhere. Post-launch changes come out of a monthly support plan or are quoted individually. Because you own the code outright, you can also take it to another team; nothing about the handover is designed to trap you.
We don’t just write code. We build your competitive advantage.
