Cost, timelines, ownership and what happens after launch.
It depends on scope, and any figure quoted before we understand yours would be a guess. So we do it the other way round: a short discovery call, then a fixed written quote covering exactly what is in and what is out, before any work begins. The price you approve is the price you pay — no hourly meter, no mid-project renegotiation. If your budget and the scope do not meet, we will say so on that first call rather than after you have committed.
A business website is usually 2–4 weeks. E-commerce is 4–8 weeks. A full platform or mobile app runs 8–16 weeks depending on scope. You get a phase-by-phase timeline in the written scope, and a staging link you can check every week.
Yes — completely. The code, the domain, the hosting and every third-party account are registered in your name and handed over at launch with documentation. We do not hold your business hostage. If you ever want to move to another team, everything you need goes with you.
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support for anything that is not working as specified. After that you can take a monthly support plan covering monitoring, security patching, tested backups and a bucket of change hours — or simply call us when you need something. Either way you keep every account, so you are never locked in.
Usually yes. We take on redesigns, rescues of half-finished projects and ongoing maintenance of systems someone else built. We start with a short audit so you know honestly whether it is cheaper to fix what exists or rebuild it.
Every site we build ships SEO-ready: clean structure, fast loads, sitemap, schema markup and Open Graph tags. That earns you a fair start. Ranking for competitive terms also needs content and time, which is what our ongoing SEO plans are for — we will tell you plainly which category you are in.
Typically 40% to start, 40% at design or milestone sign-off, and 20% on delivery. Larger projects are split across phases so you are never paying far ahead of what has been delivered. GST invoices provided.
Almost all of our work is remote — clients across India and abroad. Calls on WhatsApp or Google Meet, a shared staging link, and weekly written updates. You will generally get more visibility than you would from an agency down the road.
